Both warp and weft are made of polyester filament crepe fabric. The warp yarn is made of non-twisted or weakly twisted yarn, and the weft yarn is made of twisted yarn. The fabric is woven with crepe tissue and then treated with weight reduction to obtain a good hand feeling and crepe effect. Polyester crepe has the appearance of real silk, good fastness and strong wrinkle resistance. Generally used as shirts, women’s dress materials and headscarves. With the development of chemical fiber manufacturing process and post-treatment process, the crepe effect of polyester crepe can be obtained by using specially processed crimped silk or embossing by embossing machine.
